What is an all-on-X implant?
All-on-X implant is a dental procedure for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth due to severe cavities, gum disease, accidents, etc. This procedure restores all lost teeth with 4 to 6 implants and approximately 70 to 80% of the chewing power of natural teeth. Since it restores the entire function of teeth, the delicate skills of proficient medical staff with sufficient clinical experience are most important.
All-on-X implant, DIER Dental Clinic’s digital solution for edentulous patients
DIER Dental Clinic's all-on-X implant is one of the implant treatment methods that accurately captures the patient's oral data using a 100% digital method to minimize errors and increase completeness. A surgical guide is created after a full implant placement simulation surgery using a 3D program. After conscious sedation, the gums are cut in the exact location using the surgical guide to place the minimum number of digital implants.
While an adult has twenty-eight teeth, the all-on-X implant can restore the function of all teeth with only four to six implants. Because it is performed with minimal incision, it offers the advantage of less pain and quicker recovery. This procedure is suitable for patients who have lost many teeth, the elderly, and patients with diabetes and high blood pressure. Since the implants are placed after safe anesthesia, it is less burdensome for patients with dental phobia.
